Arrival FAQ
Question
Who will meet us at the airport?
Answer
The JSP staff and/or the peer assistants will be waiting at the meeting points specified in the pre-departure letter we send you. If you apply for the pick-up service you should plan to arrive at the Narita (Tokyo) International Airport on the specified day for arrival on the "program schedule" page.

Click here for a map and picture of the meeting point at Terminal 1 and 2
http://www.narita-airport.jp/en/guide/service/list/svc_29.html

(Note: There is more than one meeting point in Terminal 2, make sure you are waiting by the PURPLE IRIS located next to CUSTOMS EXIT B and not any other flowers or customs exits!! South Wing Meeting Point.)

We will be waiting on the hour (1 p.m., 2 p.m. etc) for you, starting from the time your flight landing. You will have our cell phone numbers, so you will be able to contact us if you cannot find the meeting points. The airport staffs speak English and can help you find the meeting points. After we meet you we will help you to send excess bags to your host families house and then take or send you to an airport hotel just minutes away from the two terminals at Narita Airport, where we will spend the night. Rooms are assigned on a shared-room basis
