(1) Do you enjoy TIUA' life ?

Yes, of course!!! We have a lot of events here such as dancing parties, Black tie Affair, sports events, etc. It is a good opportunity for us to make American friends and talk to them. We have another opportunity to talk English by taking Willamette University course. I am taking an accounting course at Willamette. Though it is hard for me to follow the class like the Americans students, I like the class. Also, we can play various sports here. For example, basketball, volletball, tennis, table tennis, swimming, golf. I have played golf for the first time since I have been here. I often go to movies. We can watch movies earlier than people in Japan and it is easy to go everywhere in the United States. Therefore, I am enjoying American life very much, especially this semester. I have a very full life everyday. I sometimes think I don't want to go back to Japan.

(2) How is it Salem weather ?

The weather in Salem is very odd. It changes many times in a day. The climate here is similar to Japan's because we have a lot of rain. It was hot this summer but it was not humid. Now, it is getting colder, getting dark earlier and raining more often. However, some Americans wear T-shirts, with short sleeves or sleeveless. It's astonishing!!!
