Hello. I'm Takeo, a TIUA student.
Now, I live in the Baxter hall which is one of the biggest
dormitories in the Willamette University. I live there with American roommate,
Corey. I think the Baxter hall should be the best place. Rooms are really
clean because those are brand-new. Residents are friendly and nice. Although
some are just crazy and make noise a lot , I love the Baxter Hall. My hobby
changes every moment. It all depends on my temper. And music, too. The things
that are important for me are being free and time to sleep. But when I came
here, I lost both. My life is bound by homework and my freedom is gone.I
didn't sleep last night. Because we all are in the final term of TIUA, everyone
are working extremely hard. TIUA is not a healthy program. If you are thinking
about coming TIUA, I recommend you to try to build your speaking skills.
I think it's the most helpful skill to learn more about English. Because
most of them here are really good at English, you can learn an essential
of English through the conversations. Just take part in this program and
try hard for anything you want to do. It will be a great unforgettable experience
for you.
