Introducing the TIU Model United Nations Club

TIU Model United Nations Club

Tokyo International University Model United Nations (TIU MUN) is a diverse club open to both E-Track and J-Track students and recognized as an official varsity club of the university. With 22 members from many different nationalities and backgrounds, the club is a simulation of the actual United Nations where national delegates come together and hold General Assemblies through debates and other collaborative efforts regarding the most recent global affairs.

This June, eight of the members will be joining the Japan English Model United Nations, a national MUN simulation conference where international and Japanese students participate from all throughout Japan. TIU MUN's biggest goal is the "All Japan Model United Nations" Conference this December - one of the largest national conferences in all of Asia!

TIU MUN welcomes every student of TIU who is interested in learning about the United Nations and its functions, gaining knowledge about the current issues in the world, voicing opinions, and proposing creative solutions. Weekly meetings are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:10 to 7:30 pm in room 232, Bldg. 2.

Send the team an e-mail at or message TIU MUN via the Facebook Page "TIU Model United Nations" and let your voice be heard!
