2023年　秋 学位記・卒業証書授与式に関するお知らせ

2023年 秋　学位記・卒業証書授与式に関する日程は下記のとおりです。

記

1.学位記・卒業証書授与式

日時：2023年8月30日(水) 10：00～11：00（予定）

会場：川越第1キャンパス　大講堂

2.卒業生のガウン着用について
卒業生の方はガウン・角帽を着用し、学位記・卒業証書授与式に出席していただきます。
　　　（ガウン・角帽は大学で用意いたします。）
ガウン配布場所：川越第1キャンパス 4号館 2階（Eトラック生：2号館　232R）
9:00からガウンを配付いたします。

ガウンを受け取ったら速やかに着用し、会場に入場してください。

3.注意事項（守らない場合は、卒業証書等を受け取れません）
・「学生証」を当日、必ず持ってくること。
・「進路報告届」を提出していない場合は、必ず届を提出すること。
・図書館の本を借りている人は、必ず図書館に本を返却すること。
・大学院ロッカーを借りている大学院生の方は、鍵を庶務課へ返却しておくこと。

4.その他（必ず事前にお読みください）
・卒業式の様子はビデオや写真で撮影します。撮影したものは大学ホームページや各種広告告知物等に使用する場合がございます。

Announcement Regarding the 2023 Autumn Commencement (Graduation) Ceremony

Facility Administration Office

The 2023Autumn Commencement Ceremony will take place as follows:

1.Graduation Ceremony
Date：August 30, 2023 (Wednesday) 10:00~11:00
Location：Kawagoe Campus 1　Auditorium

2.Regarding the Graduation Gowns
All graduates are expected to wear a graduation cap and gown (provided by TIU) to the ceremony.
Location to Receive Gowns：Campus 1, Building 2, 232R, at 9:00 am. (J-Track: Building 4, Floor 2nd.)

Please put on the academic gown as soon as you receive it and enter the venue.

3.Important Points（If you fail to follow these instructions, you cannot receive your diploma）
・DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR STUDENT ID TO THE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY
・If you have not done so already, you must submit your Career Decision Report.
・Return all books you have borrowed from the library.
・If you have rented a graduate student locker, please clean the locker and return the key to the Facility Administration Office.

4.Other (Read carefully in advance)

・We will be taking videos and pictures of the ceremony. Please be aware that these images may be used on the University homepage or in other promotional materials.
