TIU will begin online classes for all majors on April 16th (April 20th for our E-Track Program). Due to the rapid spread of COVID-19, a “state of emergency” was announced, and as a result, TIU has decided that all students and visitors will not be allowed onto campus outside of exceptional circumstances.
The health and safety of our students, faculty and staff, providing a quality education to our students, and continuing our faculty’s research is of the utmost priority to us, and after considering those points, it was decided that we will prohibit access to campus once online classes begin.
If the situation surrounding the COVID-19 infection resolves itself and there is a possibility that in-person classes will resume, there will be an announcement made at least one month prior.
