Cancellation of the 2020 Fall Graduation Ceremony
In response to the novel coronavirus pandemic, Tokyo International University has made the difficult choice to cancel the 2020 Fall Graduation Ceremony.
To our graduates, this ceremony would have celebrated the official start of your bright new future, and the decision to cancel it was especially hard.
The health and well-being of our graduates, their family and relatives is our top-priority.
While we understand how disheartening this decision is, we ask for your understanding and acceptance.
Instead of a formal ceremony, Chancellor Kurata and President Shiozawa are planning to deliver their congratulatory remarks via video broadcast. The broadcast URL and other details will be announced at a later date, as soon as they are finalized.
